Jess Leduc graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy Diploma program in 2013 and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist ever since. In 2023, she completed her Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Diploma with honours and is a licensed member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
Committed to lifelong learning, Jess has pursued extensive continuing education throughout her career. Her additional training includes Traditional Thai Massage and Osteo-Thai techniques, along with further study in osteopathic approaches and Craniosacral Therapy to name a few. She believes that professional growth is an ongoing process and continually seeks opportunities to deepen her knowledge and refine her skills.
Jess approaches treatment from a whole-person perspective, recognizing that people are more than a collection of symptoms. She believes that physical discomfort, stress, lifestyle, and emotional well-being are interconnected, and works collaboratively with clients to support balance, resilience, and overall health.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual and adapted to what the client needs on that particular day. Whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, better sleep, stress reduction, or simply creating space to slow down and reconnect, Jess strives to provide thoughtful, compassionate care that helps people feel more at home in their bodies.
Throughout her career, Jess has remained grateful for the opportunity to have a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of those she works with and considers it a privilege to be part of each client’s healthcare journey.
