Registered Massage Therapy

A massage therapy appointment can include the following modalities:
Myofacial, trigger point release, stretching, relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage. Any one or all of these may be used during a single treatment, depending on what is indicated.

Acupuncture

TCM Acupuncture is part of a millennia old healing art with its roots in Chinese antiquity.
Your appointment will include a thorough intake that will include lifestyle questions, as well as visual inspection of your tongue and taking your pulse for diagnostic purposes.
The treatment can include the use of needles, pressure points, cupping, guasha, and Tui Na.

Thai Massage

This style of massage is performed fully clothed on cushioned floor mats, and offers a wide array of benefits that extend beyond physical relaxation. Well, hello!

My name is Jess Leduc and I’ve been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. Prior to that I studied to be a Yoga Instructor, and learned the joys of providing Thai Massage. Over the last few years I’ve been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, and am now a licensed member of the CTCMPAO.

Throughout my career I’ve wanted to have a positive and meaningful impact on people’s lives, and I’m grateful everyday for the opportunity to do so.

In my practice I try to approach every treatment with balance so that both body and mind can be addressed effectively. Every session is individually tailored to your specific needs, changing day to day depending on what you need and where you’re at physically and emotionally.

My aim is to ease your aches and pains; help you sleep better; to take you out of the ‘Fight or Flight’ state, even if it’s only for an hour.
