A Quick Note About End of the Year Bookings
This time of year fills up quickly, and I want to make sure every spot goes to someone who needs it! A credit card is now required to hold your appointment — Jane securely stores this information and meets all privacy standards. If payment details aren’t entered, I may need to open the time slot for someone on the waitlist. Thanks for understanding and helping keep things running smoothly during this busy season.
Important: For after-hours and weekend building access - please read your appointment reminder emails carefully as all entry codes are provided there. For additional information click here

Registered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy helps ease tension, reduce pain, and support overall well-being. If you’re not sure how long to book, here’s a quick guide to what each appointment includes and what to expect.
Initial Visit – Your first visit includes time to review your health history, perform any necessary tests, and discuss goals and aftercare. This 75-minute booking allows for about 60 minutes of hands-on treatment.
45 minutes – A good choice for a focused treatment on one area of concern, or a general wellness massage for either the upper or lower body.
60 minutes – Ideal for a full-body maintenance massage or deeper, targeted work on one issue.
75 minutes – Allows for a full-body session with extra time to address a specific area in more depth.
90 minutes – Best for a thorough, full-body treatment or detailed work on one or two ongoing concerns.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture supports the body’s natural healing by calming the nervous system and restoring balance. If you’re new to acupuncture or unsure which duration to choose, the options below outline what’s included in each visit.
Initial Visit – Includes a detailed intake, review of your health history and lifestyle, and traditional diagnostic assessment (tongue and pulse). The appointment is up to 75 minutes, with hands-on time varying depending on your assessment.
60 minutes – For ongoing care or new concerns. May include needling, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or Tui Na as needed.
45 minutes – A great middle-ground session to catch up on progress or updates to your health, with time to include another modality if appropriate.
30 minutes – A shorter session for those already on a treatment plan, focused solely on acupuncture.
Thai Massage
Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on mats on the floor and combines gentle stretching, rhythmic pressure, and mindful movement to help you feel relaxed and restored. If you’re unsure which session length to book, here’s how each option differs.
90 minutes – A general full-body treatment, great for overall balance and ease.
120 minutes – A full-body session with time for deeper focus on specific areas, or simply to enjoy a slower, more indulgent pace.
Theraputic Cupping
Cupping helps release muscle and fascial tension, clears stagnations, and improves circulation. It can be booked as a stand-alone treatment or incorporated into a Massage or Acupuncture session when appropriate.
